For desktop applications like SmartPharma ERP and Kirana POS, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, single-device or multi-terminal local license. Code ownership, structural files, assets, and design frameworks remain the intellectual property of DevOrbit Studio unless explicitly stated otherwise in a custom software service agreement.
You are solely responsible for local database backups, system access security, and legal usage of our invoicing modules. It is the user's duty to comply with municipal, state, and central GST billing guidelines when configuring local POS print receipts.
In no event shall DevOrbit Studio or its developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from local hardware failures, database corruption, registry errors, or data loss. We highly encourage activating our automatic database backup suite in your production environment.
